練習String與array。

1. 設計一個名為Initials.java的程式
2. 讓使用者輸入一個名字
   • 此名字必須為華人的英文名字
   • 第一個部份為名字、第二個部份為姓氏
   • 例如「Yo-Yo Ma」或「Jun Wu」
   • 暫不考慮其它可能(僅考慮兩個字或三個字的名字)
3. 將所輸入的名字的縮寫輸出
   • 例如「Yo-Yo Ma」輸出「Y.-Y. Ma」及「Ma, Y.-Y.」
   • 例如「Jun Wu」輸出「J. Wu」及「Wu, J.」
4. 程式執行結果參考:

The initials are Y.-Y. Ma and Ma, Y.-Y.

Please input a name: Jun Wu
The initials are J. Wu and Wu, J.

1. 設計一個名為Capitalize.java的程式
2. 要求使用者輸入一個英文字串（其中可包含空格）
3. 將使用者所輸入字串，其中每一個字的第一個字母改成大寫，其餘皆以小寫輸出
4. 但其中若有某個字為縮寫則全部維持以大寫輸出
5. 程式執行結果參考:

Please input a string: To do or not to do, that is a question!
Capitalizing...
Output: To Do Or Not To Do, That Is A Question!

Please input a string: in 2013, the government of the US was shut down for more than TWO WEEKS.
Capitalizing...
